Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Join our team as an Account Manager, reporting to the Technical Sales Manager. Drive sales growth of Mettler-Toledo AutoChem solutions for opportunistic accounts by leveraging strong value selling, product knowledge, and account management skills. Additional responsibilities will include:
Meeting or exceeding sales targets in your territory.
Building trust and long-term relationships with customers.
Developing and executing strategies to grow account revenue.
Leading activities such as lead generation, demos, seminars, and customer support.
Maintaining SAP CRM data and providing regular sales forecasts.
Conducting virtual sales presentations and training.
Continuously improving product knowledge and sales skills.
What You Need to Succeed
Bachelor’s in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related; Master’s preferred.
3+ years industry and/or technical experience.
Strong consultative/value selling skills.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience with virtual selling tools.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical/process markets and lab support experience is a plus.
Ability to travel up to 30%.
