Job Description
Position PurposeThe Client Technology Consultant I is responsible for providing operational support and consulting for client technologies used by Dartmouth students, faculty, and staff.

Required Qualifications - Education and Yrs Exp Bachelors plus 1-2 year(s) of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Qualifications - Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
Demonstrated ability to understand client perspective and deliver client focused service.
Demonstrated ability in supporting desktop and mobile operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively on teams.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks and priorities.
Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in an Academic environment.
Experience using IT service management software.
Familiarity with endpoint management concepts and tools.
