Schedule Structure

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM-THIS POST IS FOR THE EVENING SHIFT ONLY-
• Rotational weekend coverage

Physicians participate in a structured shared-shift partnership with defined handoff protocols to ensure continuity of care and reduced after-hours burden.

• Shared accountability for a defined patient panel with shared Quality Incentive design
• Proactive chronic disease management and preventive care gap closure
• Structured in-basket coverage across shifts
