$57,113 - $71,487; commensurate with experience

Job Summary/Basic Function
Reporting to the Systems Librarian, the Applications Support Analyst provides “tier 2” support for library systems, which will include, but not be limited to, FOLIO, EZproxy, VuFind, Matomo, DSpace, Illiad, and Open Journal System (OJS).

Required Education
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science, information systems or related field.

Required Related Experience
Two (2) years of successful employment in application administration or support.
A master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems and one year of experience may be considered in lieu of the bachelor's degree.

Desirable Related Experience
Four years full-time experience as a support analyst/specialist or equivalent preferred. Strong background in higher education, libraries, museums, archives, or other similar organizations.
