This is a day shift position. Schedule is typically 7:00 am -3:30 pm. Weekend coverage is required.
City of Hope is seeking an experienced Facilities Mechanic II (General Maintenance) with background in healthcare and/or commercial settings. As a successful candidate, you will:
- Install and repair equipment according to applicable building and safety codes.
- Provide assistance to other Engineering shops as necessary to complete work projects on schedule.
- Provide services normally performed by these Engineering Trades: A/C, Autoclave, Carpentry, Electrical, Locksmith, Painting, Plumbing, and Preventive Maintenance.
Your qualifications should include:
- High School Diploma required.Trade certifications preferred.
- 3 or more years crafts experience, which may include: carpentry, electrical, painting, automotive mechanics, maintenance rounds and record keeping.
- Current CA driver's license and a good driving record.

Salary / Pay Rate Information:
Pay Rate: $29.12 - $43.68 / hour
