What You Will Achieve
You will be in an important and exciting role of providing marketing direction for Pfizer’s wide array of products. Your coordination skills will be helpful in managing the marketing plan and launching programs to create demand for product lines. You will evaluate brand performance periodically and recommend product development or enhancement as well as oversee development of marketing material. Your leadership skills will be useful to provide direction to the sales force for activities, such as advertising, public relations and product strategy implementation to achieve product marketing objectives.
As a Manager, you provide guidance to operational teams for managing projects. Your planning skills will help in preparing forecasts for resource requirements, and providing areas of improvement for products, processes or services. Through your comprehensive knowledge of principles, concepts and theories of the discipline, you will also work towards advancing new concepts and methodologies. You will be able to take a leadership role to facilitate agreements between different teams.

- Provide guidance, lead/co-lead projects, manage own time to meet objectives and plan resource requirements for projects across the division.
- Lead the development of the business plan for the in-market and pipeline products.
- Manage strategy development and execution to maximize revenues.
- Develop awareness campaigns, congress content in partnership with the Medical team.
- Develop channel specific customer segmentation and go-to-market models, Life-cycle Management plan for Brand or Portfolio.
- Select best fitting modules for local needs for campaign development.
- Manage cross-functional brand leadership across Field Force, Account management, medical, legal, regulatory, etc.
- Lead in-country cross-functional team and work in collaboration with global cross-functional teams in order to coordinate the activities of these teams to achieve brand objectives.
- Forecast brand performance and track progress towards target.
- Manage local agencies for trans-creation and validate brand-specific messages, design training.
- Ensure that customer and patient insights as well as market issues are well understood and processed into the local and European business plans.
- Drive market intelligence gathering initiatives for existing and new products by liaising with the sales teams and market research agencies.
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree is required,Master degree or MBA is preferred;
- Clinical Medicine/Pharmacy/Biology/Chemistry/Pharmaceutical manicuring related majors is preferred;
- At least 5 years working experience in Pharmaceutical industry;
- Experience of managing revenues and costs is required;
- Knowledge of Marketing Mix principles, business acumen and marketing execution is must have;
- Preferred demonstrated initiative, strong strategic and leadership skills;
- Track record of working collaboratively across functions;
- Product management experience;
- Fluent in written and spoken English is required;
- Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word is must have.
