As a successful candidate, you will:

The Application Systems Analyst assists the Enterprise Business Solutions department to support COH business applications and ERP modules. The role is responsible for providing support with production issues, scoping new software enhancement requests, and assisting team members with gathering & organizing business requirements, writing technical specifications, and testing developed solutions. The role will also assist system administrators with general tasks including project migrations, process scheduler administration, security administration, and software maintenance.

  • Proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning/Enterprise Applications solutions and business functions.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting, resolving, or escalating application problems and issues appropriately.
  • Ability to guide application users in the use of application features, functions, and best practices.
  • Ability to multi task and provide deliverables within fixed timelines and under pressure, as well as the ability to work well in a dynamic environment while meeting overall objectives.
  • Ability to adapt to changing working conditions and work assignments, to be open, and motivated to learn and adapt new ideas and concepts, and to work independently or as part of the team on multiple tasks.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with business and non technical personnel.
  • Rotate on-call after hours support with team members.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Your qualifications should include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field required.
  • 2-4 years of experience in related field
  • Minimum of three years of experience with SQL desired.

Salary / Pay Rate Information:
Pay Rate: $34.64 - $53.70 / hour

The estimated pay scale represents the typical [salary/hourly] range City of Hope reasonably expects to pay for this position, with offers determined based on several factors which may include, but not be limited to, the candidate’s experience, expertise, skills, education, job scope, training, internal equity, geography/market, etc. This pay scale is subject to change from time to time.
